This initiative at the University of Canberra focused on a critical objective: to elevate the quality and engagement of online educational content. By approaching online learning from a design-centric perspective, the project aimed to create a more dynamic and effective experience for students.
As a key member of the creative team, I provided dedicated Creative Direction and Motion Design for a range of digital assets. My work encompassed the entire lifecycle of each project, from conceptualization to final delivery.
The assets created have successfully contributed to a more engaging online learning environment, directly supporting the university's commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful education.
I developed a diverse portfolio of animated assets to address various educational needs. This included creating branded marketing videos, in-depth explainer animations, and assets for clinical psychology demonstrations.
A standout contribution was the development of scalable, animated health tests (such as heart rate and breathing rate counters). This system was designed with a single, foundational animation that could be infinitely adapted to reflect a wide range of examples, ensuring a consistent yet flexible design.
The project's visual identity was meticulously crafted to align with the University of Canberra's established branding while maintaining a unique, contemporary feel that was distinct to the initiative. This balance allowed the new content to integrate seamlessly while signaling a forward-thinking evolution in the university’s digital offerings.
